(SitRep) Surigao City is still on total blackout at 8:40pm, Sunday. As per NGCP advisory they have already restored power transmission service to Surigao del Norte Electric Coop. (SURNECO) at around 6pm, Sunday. No advisory yet from SURNECO as to the continuing blackout. FYI.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
