The Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte hereby issued the 10th Supplement to Executive Order No. 21-023, S. of 2021 revising the documentary requirements for all tourists travelling to the Province of Surigao del Norte by air, land, and sea.
Updated TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS in the Province For Surigao del Norte Residents
Via Surigao and Sayak Airport, and Seaport going to Siargao Island: Negative Result on Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test, released with in 48hrs upon arrival in the Province. Valid ID containing Address in Surigao del norte or Certificate of Acceptance by the Mayor of the City or Municipality of destination within this province. Via Sea and Land Travel going to Surigao City: the Protocols and requirements issued by the component City or Municipality of destination within this province shall govern and should be allowed. Via Sea going to Siargao Island (from outside the Province): Negative Result on Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test, released with in 48hrs upon arrival in the Province. Valid ID containing Address in Surigao del norte or Certificate of Acceptance by the Mayor of the City or Municipality of destination within this province. Via Sea going to Siargao Island (from City/Mainland Municipalities): Negative Result on Swab/Saliva RT-PCR Test, released with in 48hrs upon arrival in the Province.
