Most of what is written in Philippine history books about Andres Bonifacio, Emilio Aguinaldo, the Katipunan, the Philippine Revolution and the Filipino-American war were based on the MEMOIRS of Gen. Alvarez, Gen Ricarte and Mabini. How reliable are these memoirs?
