Ingredients:
Brine Mixture - 4:1 - 4 parts Water & 1 Part Salt
8 cups - Water
2 cups - Sea Salt
30 pcs Duck Egg
Put it in Closed container for 17-20 Days
Depends on how Salty Do you want.
17 Days Recommended. Adjust the Days to your desire.
After 17 Days. Boil in tap Water for 30mins
Ready to eat!
