Pako Salad
PAKO SALAD RECIPE
Ingredients:
Fresh Pako
Vinegar
Coconut Milk
Salt
Black Pepper
Ginger
Red Onions
Tomatoes
Fresh Mint or Herba Buena
How To:
1. Cut Pako in 2 inches length
2. Blanch Pako in Boil Water for 1 min. Rinse in Cold Water
3. In a Bowl Mix Coconut Milk, Vinegar,Salt, black Pepper,Ginger and Red Onions
3. In Mixture add Pako and mix all together.
4. Top with Mint and Tomatoes
