2GO TRAVEL to Open Manila–Cebu-Siargao Route by October 2025

The Department of Tourism (DOT) Caraga has announced that 2GO Travel will soon launch a new route connecting Manila and Siargao via Cebu, with the tentative start scheduled for October 2025. This initiative aims to improve accessibility for both local and international tourists and strengthen ties between communities.

DOT Caraga views this development as a significant boost to tourism, offering more travel options and promoting regional connectivity.

As part of the preparations, a coordination meeting with 2GO Travel representatives will be held in Siargao Island this July 2025 (exact date and venue to be announced). The meeting will focus on collaboration, joint promotional efforts, and finalizing plans for the route launch.
